Helping women get what they’re worth is a bit of a personal mission for Lauren and I. If had a nickel for every time we’ve sat with friends over a cocktail or tea pep talking them before they set their rates or the night before they go in to negotiate a salary raise, well I’d have one hefty sack of nickels my friends.
